When you join us we send a welcome pack listing all our services, contact details etc. This ensures that you are not left wondering who to contact in an emergency.
The procedure for transfer from your existing supplier is smooth and involves minimal disruption. We will go as far as to say that you will not feel the slightest difference. The difference that you will however notice is that you will not have to go to a pharmacy but we will come you. In other words we provide a very high level of service to you. This has been proven by our long standing reputation that only under rare circumstances that you have to go out looking for a chemist and 99.99% of the time we will deliver to you.
We have a dedicated pharmacy staff and drivers. We have the benefit of a traditional pharmacy should you require an item that is not normally ordered by the Care homes. We are large enough to give you a national coverage yet our staff will be sensitive to give you a personal service that one would expect when visiting a pharmacy.
When you have a query your request will be handled by trained Personnel. With the help of technology and skills of our staff we will be able to handle your query in an efficient manner. |
